These terms cover your use of dan-fisher.dev and purchases made directly on this site. Purchases made on ThemeForest are governed by Envato’s terms instead — these terms apply to them only where they use this site (for example, license migration or support).
Who you’re dealing with
This site and the “Dan Fisher” theme brand are operated by KONSENZ d.o.o., the company of Roman Perevala — Dan Fisher is a professional brand name.

Purchases, billing and renewals
Direct purchases are processed by Freemius as merchant of record: Freemius operates the checkout, handles payment and applicable taxes, and issues your invoice, for products supplied by KONSENZ d.o.o. (Dan Fisher). Prices are shown in USD.
- Annual licenses renew automatically at 40% off the list price. You’ll get a reminder email before each renewal, and you can cancel the renewal at any time from your account — your license then simply runs out at the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment. No renewals, updates included for as long as the product exists.
Licensing
Every theme is licensed under the Dan Fisher Split License: GPL for the PHP code, a single-site use license for everything else (one website plus its development and staging copies). Your license key is personal — don’t share, publish, or resell it. Bundled premium plugins are delivered through your license and are licensed for use as part of the theme only.
Refunds
Direct purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if a theme doesn’t work out, open a support ticket or request a refund through Freemius within 14 days of your first purchase and we’ll refund it in full. Renewal charges can be avoided by cancelling before the renewal date; if a renewal slips through and you contact us promptly, we’ll sort it out. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Updates and support
An active license includes theme updates and support. Support covers installation, setup, bug fixes and usage questions, and help with bundled third-party assets. It does not cover customization, installation services, or issues caused by third-party software — see the Support page for how to get help.
Acceptable use
- Don’t redistribute or resell the themes’ proprietary assets, license keys, or bundled premium plugins outside a licensed website.
- Don’t attempt to circumvent license validation or the secure download service.
- Don’t abuse this site (scraping, probing, or disrupting it, or the checkout and migration tools).
Intellectual property
The Dan Fisher name, logo, and this site’s design and content belong to KONSENZ d.o.o. Theme code and assets are licensed to you under the Split License; no other rights are granted. Third-party marks (WordPress, Envato, Freemius, and plugin names) belong to their owners.
Disclaimers and liability
Themes are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, KONSENZ d.o.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
Breaching the license or these terms (for example, redistributing proprietary assets or sharing license keys) may result in your license being terminated as described on the Licensing page. You can stop using the site and cancel renewals at any time.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the shop evolves; the date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. If you’re a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of your home country. If something goes wrong, talk to us first — most things are fixable with a ticket.
